Thank you for shopping with us. We supply candle-making materials and related products, and we aim to ensure all items reach you in good condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns or refunds only under the following circumstances:

  • You received incorrect items

  • You received damaged items during delivery

  • Items have manufacturing defects

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the parcel

  • Items must be unused, unpoured, unopened, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, labels, and proof of purchase are required


2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of candle-making supplies, the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Custom made items like candle lid/ wicks/ candles

  • Used items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items damaged due to improper use, storage, overheating, contamination, or customer error

⚠️ For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used raw materials cannot be accepted.


3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

  • Photos of the outer box and inner packaging

  • Your order number

Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

  • Replacement of the affected item, or

  • Refund for the affected item

  2. Wait for return approval before sending any item back

  3. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted

Return shipping costs are:

  • Borne by us if the error is on our side

  • Borne by the customer if approved for other valid reasons


5. Refund Method & Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund processing time: 7–14 working days after approval

  • Bank processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped

  • Orders that have been packed or processed may incur a handling fee


7. Shipping Risks & Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers

  • Minor cosmetic damage to packaging that does not affect product quality is not considered a valid reason for refund
