2. Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Due to the nature of candle-making supplies, the following items are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable:

Custom made items like candle lid/ wicks/ candles

Used items

Clearance or sale items

Items damaged due to improper use, storage, overheating, contamination, or customer error
⚠️ For hygiene, safety, and quality reasons, opened or used raw materials cannot be accepted.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

Clear photos or videos of the item

Photos of the outer box and inner packaging

Your order number
Once verified, we will offer one of the following:

Replacement of the affected item, or

Refund for the affected item
